THE STICK TRAINER: (one stick with two leads)
VERY EASY TO USE! HAS CENTER HANDLE WITH LEADS ON EACH END FOR ATTACHING GLOW STICKS, LEDs, OR RIBBONS. OFFERS MANY DIFFERENT HOLDS AND TRANSITIONS. IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND! I LIKE TO REMOVE THE LEADS FROM THIS AND USE THEM AS "MINI-TRAINERS" GREAT FOR SPINNING IN TIGHT PLACES. USE FOUR GLOWS OR LEDS ONE ON EACH END OF THE TWO LEADS.
THE LONG TRAINER: (two 15 inch long leads)
BEST FOR BIG AIR! EVEN IN A TIGHT SPACE. BETTER THAN CHAIN OR STRING! GREAT FOR MULTIPLE HOLDS AND TRANSITIONS, TANGLE RESISTANT.
THE GLOW TRAINER: (two 20 inch long tube that holds two 8 inch glow bracelets)
VERY BRIGHT, VERY COOL, VERY EASY TO SWING. THIS TUBE IS STIFF TO GIVE IT GREAT CONTROL FOR EASY BEHIND THE BACK TRANSITIONS, BUT REMAINS FLEXIBLE SO IT CAN BEND IN THE CENTER TO BRING THE SWINGING ENDS TOGETHER. USE WITH OR WITHOUT 8 INCH GLOW BRACELETS INSERTED IN THE TUBE.

(Techno Trainrer) In 10 minutes my freind already figured out new ways to connect to LED's to the Techno Trainer and had managed to perform excellent transitions from Liquid to Poi. Although I am no expert at Poi, I was doing great tricks and transitions straight away. We will surely recommend this site and it's products to anyone. What is the Techno Trainer?
If you techno, rave, liquid or POI check out the Techno Trainer I designed it to combine both dance forms. All black construction, almost indestructible, if it tangles keep swinging and it will release! The first time I watched someone glowsticking it blew me way. He told me it took him over a month to learn and caused a lot of bruises. When I tried with string and chain, I made techno knots. I begin experimenting with different materials, styles, and configurations. This is why the Techno Trainer is three sets that can be combined to make many different POI devices for your individual style. When I begin product testing on friends and family (ages 6 to 60) they could swing from the start. My wife who said "I can't glow stick with stings, only holding them." In 15 min she was going off with moves I had never seen. Two weeks later she picked where she had left off. Poi takes time and practice, now she goes through whole songs with no mistakes. Switching from liquid to poi saves on energy and add more variety to your moves. Because the Techno Trainer is semi stiff so it is easier to catch while swinging.
What is POI? sounds like "BOY"
As with many NEW things today, we owe are ancestors Warriors swung vines with fire balls to improve strength, coordination, and speed for hunting, Poi was also a big part of festive displays. Today glow stick poi is showing up at clubs, raves, and parties.
Why call it the Techno Trainer?
Well it like this, what a workout! Glowsticking is great aerobic excise It improves total body coordination and people love to watch it!
